Jeffrey Mahon, age 43, had been arrested in Hoboken for having sex in public. He and his partner, Shiela Slaten, aged 53 had been picked up, found sitting on a stoop.
Handcuffed, Mr. Mahon stood up from his chair and urinated on a fingerprint machine.
