I Have No Problem

Being characterized as against children.

"If you don't support this ... it'll look like you're going against kids,"
Parkland anti-gun activist Emma González

When it is for their own good. And when what they desire is in conflict with the rights of adults.
As teenagers children are taught to express their feelings. Feelings that are often shaped primarily by liberal educators in government schools. Children's brains are not fully developed and their reasoning lacks depth, shielded from the reality of adult experience.
The press, pandering to all of the generations evolving to adulthood began with earnest in the 1960's. Children have been taught that their voice is the most unspoiled and honest. I have always considered boomers as the selfish generation. Following generations have only pushed the ladder further out over the abyss of irrationality.
Adult experience of increases the conservative bias of a person. If people remain liberal after adult life, I can respect that.
Adults do not have to change their belief system to win the approval of children.
Frankly, good parents should insist on the opposite.
