What if the New York Times Cartoon had depicted a Muslim, a Lesbian, an African American or a Mexican as a Dog?

What if the New York Times Cartoon had depicted a Muslim, a Lesbian, an African American or a Mexican as a Dog?

During World War II, the New York Times intentionally diminished reporting on the Nazis murdering Jews in the death camps of Germany. The Sulzberger’s, in control of the paper then, while not allowing as public, worked behind the scenes to help relatives escape the carnage. Ironically the publishing Sulzberger family is Jewish.

As I have said many times, liberalism has its foundation, self-loathing.

Cuban Illegal Alien Charged With Murder Was Ordered Deported Two Years Ago

There are two governments to blame for this, Cuba, for refusing to accept their citizen who was order deported and the United States for not asserting its mandated "order of supervision". The motives of the Cuban government are consistent, they don't want to deal with him. The government of the United States takes the same attitude of not wanting to deal with it and releases a predator on its citizens.
Illegal Alien Charged With Murder Was Ordered Deported Two Years Ago: MIAMI, FL (Fox News) - An illegal immigrant accused of murder is stuck on U.S. soil after officials in his home country refuse to accept his deportation because of his criminal history.

David Paneque, 29, was caught on video fatally shooting his friend Leandro Lopez, 31, while the two were at a parking garage in Miami last month. As Paneque sits in jail awaiting trial, it’s been revealed by the Tampa Bay Times that he was supposed to be deported to Cuba nearly two years ago, but the country wouldn’t take him back because of his extensive criminal past.
“Where are they going to send me? Cuba doesn’t want me, they don’t want me here. They don’t want me there.”
Is Guantanamo Bay an option?

Socialism

It is both interesting and sad that socialism in American is a growing reality.
Having worked a career as manufacturing engineer, I understand how effort is fostered by reward.
It is not surprising that government schools teach the benefits of socialism, touting its emotional attachment to fairness and, incorrectly so, to democracy. Why wouldn't a government teach what serves the government best? The problem, for me, is that governments act upon their own best interests before the interests of its citizens.
All economic systems have their reward centers, sometimes characterized by socialists as capitalistic greed. For socialism, greed is found amongst the government and is sycophantic industries.
Socialism makes non-governmental workers equal in terms of responsibility and reward. Within the confines of socialism, equality of reward is demotivating to the better skilled individuals. Equality of reward motivates the better skilled to ratchet down in-system effort and increase system avoidance. Business systems run best when motivation for reward is present.
Go ahead, stick a fork in it.
