A letter between two writers is published and from the publication a criminal complaint is generated?

When it comes to French law, I am completely ignorant.  But this seems to begin with the over-sensitivity of the mosque and end with legal accusation against what amounts to an extrapolation, an expression of an idea. 

Perhaps this goes nowhere, let's wait and see.
