The Whistler was published in 2016.
The book is pretty short, having less than 400 pages.
I was able to read this in about three sessions of reading and enjoyed it very much.
The plot follows the Grisham formula of disadvantage southern lawyers in southern settings fighting insurmountable odds.
The plot centers around a judicial review panel in Florida investigating the intersection of a local crime family, a corrupt judge and a profitable Indian casino. In may ways the plot resembled The Pelican Brief.
I recommend this book,
