- Character Development 7 out of 10. Cartman has a v-chip installed and cannot swear anymore. Kyle learns to stand up to his mother. Stan gets the girl. Kenny dies, "You Bastard", descends to hell, befriends Satan, ends the war and as a reward gets his angel wings.
