French President Nicolas Sarkozy just married former model Carla Bruni. This marriage came only four months after divorcing his wife. The marriage may have been hastily arranged as a political necessity. Reports were that because of their unmarried status, they would be an unwelcome couple in places like Buckingham Palace.
Former President William Jefferson Clinton, spouse of Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, is reported to be planning invitations for the couple to visit the White House, hoping for a shot at a special visit.
