Let's see incentives for companies to hire workers they otherwise would not. When the benefit to the company ends so does the position.
How long do the new hires have to have been unemployed?
Hire more teachers, David Scott, have you read the freaking news lately, property tax income for municipalities is falling. New hires are out to the question in any real way. In the end the aim is more government unionized employees, more established overhead.
Hire more police, always the thing that appeases the conservatives. How many towns and citites are there in the United States?
Hire more firefighters, see teachers above.
