Harry Reid Didn't Save Ramon

No doubt, the family of Ramon Aguirre is devastated over his deportation. No doubt, Ramon Aguirre is feeling rejected by the country he thinks of as home.
That said, I have little doubt that the unmarried father of a four year old, was perfectly aware of the laws regarding his illegal residency, this evidenced by the fact that he was driving a vehicle without a driver's licence.  Ramon was in this country because his parents brought him here when he a boy himself, his parents are the ones who broke the law with intent.  Ramon only wanted to stay where he had grown up and lived.  I get it, I just do not agree that it makes him eligible for a pass.
My reaction to this is that the parents should be sought out and deported as well.
The screen shot suggests that Ramon will never be able to see his son Gabriel or common-law wife.  That is an UNTRUE statement, his family can go to Mexico with him.
After the screen shot above there are instructions for calling Senator Reid and Durbin, this is the script suggestion.
"Hi, I was calling to voice my disappointment at the Senator for refusing to help DREAMer Ramon Aguirre, he was deported to Mexico yesterday. I am really upset that the Senator is now refusing to help another DREAMer, Cesar Montoya (A#200-297-690). Cesar has been detained for two months now, his only criminal record is a driving without a license charge. He is DREAM Act eligible, why is the Senator not helping Cesar?"

I can answer for the Senators...
Because the Dream Act is not enacted federal legislation.  At its core the Dream Act is a politcal evasion tactic created by Democrats for sucking up to hispanic voters.  Because in the end illegal aliens, by law, are supposed to be deported.  If Ramon's parents hadn't illegally waded through the Rio Grande or climbed some chain link fence in the middle of a desert, so as to surreptitiously enter the United States, Ramon might be a happy young man with a family in Mexico.
Go find Ramon's parents, ship them home too.
