The President surely is focusing more on the majority of respondents that believe the Republicans should make more of an effort to work with the Democrats and President.
My guess for the future is that the President will get away with these unconstitutional unilateral rulings for the next three years. Then when a new group is in power the Democrats will call for adherence to the Constitution.
This President has proven to be an unbending liberal prick.
