Gender Norms?

I don't know about you folks, but when the government begins to insert itself onto the manner in which boys and girls grow up, I become frightened. How men should identify and project themselves is a private matter of expression and outside of the boundaries set by the Constitution.
The Constitution is clearly pointed at protection of the people from the government m. For the government to be trying to change the essence of what the culture is does not reflect what the culture wants or even deserves.
It is for the people, not to shape the people.

Besides what people are to become is the duty and responsibility of parents not the government. To instruct behavior should be the domain of anybody but the government.
Forget the damned government village, it is run by idiots.
In my world the parents teach the children, some succeed, some don't.
