When US citizens are caught removing ankle bracelets, they are subject to immediate apprehension, revocation of bail and or revocation of parole.

Detention centers are and appropriate measure for illegal aliens that have acted with resistance toward ICE measures. Why should a government release persons into the citizen population that have made clear that the laws of the United States are a whimsical notion to be ignored.

Illegal citizens should be held to a higher standard than citizens when it comes to freedom of movement within the US border.
