Was it not in Colorado where a baker as been maliciously prosecuted, multiple times, for refusing to make a cake, citing religious principals. In that situation the state ruled that the business must serve.
Until the Supreme Court reversed.

While, to me its behavior is repulsive, I do side with the business, as all should have the right to serve who they choose, for any reason they choose, except racism.
The hypocrisy abounds.
