Generally I would mistrust any appointee of the President, but it appears a bipartisan vote puts the right man in the right place. That or the wrong man in a spot where nobody gives a rat's ass.

The bill would make appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.
