When I see folks picking on the President for getting some middle aged exercise; it makes me feel a little squeamish. Certainly a man who carries the burden of a country needs to relieve stress. Bush 43 was a runner, that seems more appropriate for a person of the people. Running is an expression of hard work and urgency. From the word of a person in the know, President Bush was an excellent runner with great speed and endurance. President Obama would be better served to exercise privately and play a less less golf in the public eye. Golf this often suggests an attachment to enjoyment, something not swallowed easy by a public experiencing many negatives.
