 Both of my guys voted the way I would hope. It is hard to beleive that given a closer situation Saxby wouldn't have been on the bandwagon.  One the gang of six, eager to show their fervent desire to prove they are the great concilliators.  No, the  Republicans from the conservative states had their flanks covered on this little tax game.  Democats are ready to demonize Republicans for cutting benefits, for destroying the fictional trust fund for old folks, all the while doing their best to make the underfund a tenuous fiscal construct.  Why not you could ask, why not undercut the tax rates for regular taxpayers, it is our intent to get them on our side by making them tax flow positive and passing the cost to those that have been blessed by good income fortune?

A bill to have taxes from energy based industries fund capital expentitures whose usage of which  is directly related.  How does me guy vote?  No, he votes no on a budget his Democrat crones in the Senate wil not pass.  He votes no on income designation aimed at capital growth, e.g. building projects. His reason?  Look to where he really want the money to be spent.  It hardly matters anyway, Reid is squashing everything the House Republicans send his way, unless of course Obamy wants it.

I started on it above, this election year taxation gamesmanship.  The politicians trotted this out as a tax cut, when all it was a continuation of a policy already in place.  I say , I you vote to underfund Social Security you should lose all rights to playing the evil Repulicans trying to get to SSC check card.  Duplicitous bastards.

On the other hand, I have to remember my core beleif that a goverment with less cash is a government that spends less.

Nope, the police in Farmington New Hampshire arrested the neighbor as well.

My employer, at one time had a plant in that town. It was the newest most up to date plant in the system.  The plant couldn't make money because they couldn't find talent.  Eventually the plant was closed after ten years of losses.  It looks like the town hired those folks that deep sixed the business.

If Dennis Flemming were my neighbor, and saved my posessions, I would be buying the man a vacation to someplace warm.

Hopefully the County Attorney will apply common sense and dismiss the charges.
