Man with no pants unrelated to pants with no man: police
In Canada if you catch a man with no pants, its probably summer, at least if he's alive.
If he's dead, he would be easier for the police to arrest.
And what about this dude that breaks into a home, craps all over the place, and leaves, sans pants?
There are some really nasty folks out there.
