The results of this poll cracks me up, American cynicism at it's finest.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 60% of Likely Voters say no matter how bad things are, Congress can always find a way to make them worse. Only 23% disagree with this assessment, while another 16% are not sure.This says that only 1 in 4 voters believe that Congress can have a positive effect. I agree but hope we are all wrong. If it could be proved, which it cannot, the most economical first step would be close Congress, maybe elect a King. At least we would not have to pay for the privilege of politicians screwing up our lives.
By the way, that is an indication that Capitalism has deeper roots than Socialism.
