Without evolving into a rant about the anti-colonial president, this article, forwarded to me by a neighbor, says well the path the president prefers. Beyond that I will say only that our president is a naive man, naive for not recognizing the source of wrong in the middle east, naive for thinking there were not be a diplomatic rebuke and naive for taking the advice of a CNN newsman.
