I plan on looking at this a little more. The narrator appears composed and well researched. There are a number clues that broad leaps of conclusion are made.
Imagine this....
- Obama is elected and then found to have been born in Kenya
- Obama is found to have lost his status as a natuaral born citizen
The case will probably never become a public hearing.
What would be the punishment applied to a sitting president and who would do that, the Supreme Court I presume.
I have watched this video a couple of times…even did some quick checks on Phil…He makes a strong accusation…even more dedicated and funded researchers than I haven’t found the bottom…I have heard of this theory for weeks…Is there’s something new that I missed??? Please fill me in!!! I have absorbed this argument from some of my most influential conservative mentors…They all say the evidence isn’t there…I WISH THERE WAS!!!
ReplyDeleteIf true...it will shake out like this…as the Irritable Engineer points out, when the “wishy washy” Supreme Court gets their noses into it …(and they will)…It won’t be cut and dry….We all know that they will side with the mob rules mentality, Not the Republic to which they were appointed to protect!!! (IE your right…we just need two more correct appointees)

A: If the mother and child was a legal citizen of the US, then he is a US citizen…Therefore eligible. There are too many technicalities to define at this time.
IF NOT:
A: Then Obama will have to step down leaving our country in the hands of Joe Biden!!! Of course a pardon for deceiving million of voters will be forthcoming by none other then J.B. himself…ACORN INFLUENCED…
A: Nancy Pelosi will be VP. GOD HELP US ALL!!!

U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father's native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.
Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man.
Internet-fueled conspiracy theories question whether Obama is a "natural-born citizen" as required by the Constitution for a presidential candidate and whether he lost his citizenship while living abroad.
Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."
