Judge dismisses bid to remove Anwar al-Awlaki from US 'kill list'

Jewish World Review reports that a judge has ruled that Anwar al-Awlaki cannot be removed from an Exectutive Branch 'kill list'. The rational was evasive in manner, the judge claiming that he did not have the authority to to imposes such and injuction. The suit was brought by the ACLU who claimed that the UNited States could not target its own citizen. The judge suggests that if the claim was presented personally by Anwar al-Awlaki, that the result may have been different. This begs the conclusion that the ACLU was sticking its nose in where it did not belong. Sound familiar?

By the way, yesterday I sent off my yearly Christmas card to the anarchist scum.
