In 1911 China abolished the requirement that men wear their hair in a queue.
A queue is just a fancy word for ponytail or braid.
So, one hundred years ago the Chinese made the first move in demolishing the stereotype that its citizens are unimaginative lemmings.
Whose greatest skill is piracy!
