Rolling up the fence south of Tuscon. I have no doubt that a determined man can get through anything another man can build, but cripes these guys have obviously developed a process that has worked before.
Politicians speak of using smart technology in the aim of broadening the reach of security without overburdening the limited staff of border guards. How smart is this?
- The panels could have been welded in place.
- The panels could have had contact alarms, just like the type a person might put in there house to keep folks like this out.
- Border guards could be driving up and down the road next to the fence.
- Motion sensors could be in place, focued between the uprights.
- Video cameras could be in place for remote observation.
